5. Newborns often lack typical symptoms. Their body temperature may be normal or not elevated. They mainly show general symptoms of severe infection such as not eating, not crying, and not moving. Convulsions are also atypical. Some babies stare, scream, etc.

6. If the lesion is localized, there are often localized localizing signs. The lesions erode the pyramids, often with pyramidal tract signs.

7. Patients who have received antibiotic treatment often have atypical symptoms and are easily misdiagnosed, so detailed examinations should be performed.
