You can choose the method that suits you, which makes the process easier and is also beneficial to the healthy development of your body. A common way to do it is diet. This way of doing it is simple and very helpful for regulating the body. So what are the common sense of children's health preservation? There are also many things to pay attention to.

Children's health knowledge:

Spring is the season when all things grow. It is beneficial for the human body to generate qi, blood and body fluids, and promotes metabolism. It is the golden season for children's growth. During this wonderful season, their digestion and absorption abilities will be enhanced, their food intake will increase, and their bodies will grow and develop rapidly. Nutrition is the basis of children's growth and development. Parents should seize this critical opportunity and increase their nutrition reasonably.

In the five elements, spring is wood and liver is also wood, so in order to nourish the liver in spring, you can choose some liver-nourishing foods that are "medicine and food of the same origin" for your children.

Nourish the liver and blood: Eat jujube, longan meat, mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, fungus, eggs, fish, shrimp, chicken, beef, dairy products and soy products, etc. Choose rice, millet, red beans, etc. as staple foods. These foods are sweet and mild in nature. As long as they are eaten in moderation, they are a good natural tonic for children to strengthen their bodies and improve their immunity. Try not to fry eggs, meat, and fish. Do not wash rice for too long and do not soak it in hot water.

Nourish the liver and tendons: eat foods such as soy products, bones, fish, shrimp, sesame and seafood. Modern nutrition science believes that these foods are rich in calcium. Be careful to limit children from eating too much sweets, otherwise the calcium and vitamin D in the child's body will be consumed, leading to calcium deficiency.

Nourishing liver yin: In addition to eating vegetables such as celery, spinach, tomatoes, green peppers, cabbage, cauliflower, etc., you should also eat more carrots, yams, potatoes, shepherd's purse, toon, amaranth, etc., and appropriately add coarse grains and whole grains such as corn, oatmeal and peas to the staple food. If the liver yin is insufficient, children are prone to symptoms such as inflammation of the corners of the mouth, bleeding gums, and rough skin. To stimulate children's appetite, spring vegetables can be fried, stewed, or wrapped into wontons, dumplings, spring rolls, etc. When cooking vegetables, use high heat and keep the cooking time short to reduce the loss of water-soluble vitamins. Do not cook too many vegetables at one time to avoid losing all the water-soluble vitamins when they are reheated.

Through the common knowledge of children's health care, we should follow the above methods when it comes to children's health care. However, in the process of children's health care, parents should not put too much pressure on their children, especially in extracurricular learning. It is best to follow the children's ideas. Otherwise, putting too much mental pressure on children may cause them to collapse.
