Four daily recipes for children: mung bean and sweet potato soup to improve immunity

Method: 1. Rinse the lotus seeds and mung beans with water, put them into a soup pot, add water and cook over high heat. After cooking, remove the bean skins. 2. Wash the white fungus and tear it into pieces. After the lotus seeds and mung beans are boiled, add the white fungus and cook them together over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
