What to do if your child's skin gets tanned

What to do if your child's skin gets tanned

It is a normal physiological phenomenon for children's skin to be tanned. As long as we let the children stay at home for a period of time, the skin will recover automatically. However, we must be careful about sunburn and do a good job of sun protection. When a child's skin is tanned, you can apply aloe vera gel on the skin and supplement it with foods rich in vitamin A to promote skin regeneration and radiance.

What to do if your newborn baby gets tanned

If your skin is tanned, you can apply aloe vera gel to the affected area. There is no need to apply any facial cream if your baby's skin becomes darker due to sun exposure. It is more troublesome to avoid sunburn as the baby's skin is delicate. It is recommended to drink plenty of water during this period, avoid taking the baby out when the sun is strong, and pay attention to keeping the bowels open to avoid getting inflamed. Try to avoid going out between 10 am and 3 pm every day, as the ultraviolet intensity is high during this period. Infants and young children in particular must use parasols, and not just for calcium supplementation, as there is a risk of sunburn.

How to take care of a newborn baby's suntan

It is recommended to let children eat more foods rich in vitamins and replenish skin moisture, such as tomatoes, watermelons and other nutritious vegetables and fruits, which have a moisturizing effect and can make the skin white and shiny. Take a shower with moisturizing soap or shower gel, and remember to use moisturizer after washing to keep your skin hydrated.

Regular consumption of foods rich in vitamin A will protect the skin epithelial cells and make your baby's skin delicate and shiny. Such as egg yolks, milk, carrots, tomatoes, green vegetables, fruits, dried fruits and vegetable oils.

If a newborn baby gets tanned, it is definitely because of excessive sun exposure. But try not to take your child out in the sun when the sun is very strong, otherwise the strong sun will burn the baby's skin. It is best to let your child bask in the sun in the morning and evening.
