(3) Then add the milk and peas and continue to simmer.

07 Walnut Porridge

Ingredients: 1/3 cup glutinous rice, 5 walnuts, 1 red date, some salt

Preparation method (1) Crack the nutshells open and remove the pulp. Soak them in water, peel off the thin skin and mash them.

(2) Remove the pits from the red dates, soak them in water, and then mash them.
