How to make children's biscuits

Production method 1

120g butter, 180g low-gluten flour, 23g eggs, a small amount of vanilla extract, a small amount of salt, 60g powdered sugar

1. Soften the butter, add powdered sugar and mix well, add salt and vanilla extract and mix well.

2. Add the whole egg liquid in batches and stir evenly.

3. Sift in low flour and knead into dough. Wrap with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator to relax for 20 minutes.

4. Take out the dough, roll it into a large sheet, and carve words on it using a mold. Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 8 minutes.

Production method 2

Egg yolks (3), low-gluten flour (30 grams, 24 grams can also be used), sugar (10 grams)

1. Separate the egg yolks into a clean, oil-free and water-free container.

2. Add sugar into a container and beat the egg yolks.

3. Beat until the egg yolk becomes thick.

4. Sift in flour and mix well.

5. After stirring evenly, use a small piping nozzle to put the egg batter into the piping bag.

6. Squeeze evenly into the baking pan one by one.

7. Place the dish in the middle layer and bake at 120°C or 100°C for about 7-8 minutes.

Tips:

1. The mouth of a small piping nozzle is relatively small. When squeezing, you can draw small circles to squeeze it, which will make it easier to squeeze evenly.

2. This kind of cookie is easy to burn, so pay attention to the heat when baking. The bottom is more likely to burn than the top, so it is best to keep the temperature of the bottom lower than the top when baking.

3. Bake one serving in the middle layer of a baking pan at 120°C top heat and 100°C bottom heat for about 7-8 minutes.
