Having stomach problems is basically a common phenomenon. Now, not only the number of adults suffering from stomach problems is increasing, but many children also suffer from chronic superficial gastritis. When children suffer from gastritis, they will experience stomach pain, bloating, nausea and vomiting. At this time, they should adjust their diet and lifestyle habits in time. If the symptoms are serious, they should go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time. What to do with superficial gastritis in children 1. Diet It is advisable to choose easily digestible, non-irritating foods, and eat less cold drinks and condiments. 2. Clear Hp Anti-Hp treatment should be given for gastritis caused by Hp, especially active gastritis. The drugs selected are: ① Potassium bismuth citrate (colloidal bismuth subcitrate, CBS). ②Antibiotics: amoxicillin (ampicillin), clarithromycin, metronidazole, furazolidone. ③Proton pump inhibitors: omeprazole. ④Combination therapy: The treatment plan can be selected from the above-mentioned drugs. Composition of dual or triple therapy: Bismuth-containing regimen: bismuth plus 1 or 2 antibiotics. Non-bismuth regimens: Proton pump inhibitor plus 1 or 2 antibiotics. 3. Gastrokinetic drugs For those with abdominal distension, nausea, and vomiting, gastrokinetic drugs such as domperidone (Metoclopramide) and cisapride are given. 4. H2 receptor blockers Patients with high acidity or active gastritis can be given H2 receptor blockers: cimetidine, ranitidine, and famotidine. 5. Bile Reflux Patients with bile reflux are given aluminum carbonate magnesium (Weidaxilin) and ursodeoxycholic acid to bind with bile acids and promote bile emptying. Prevention methods 1. Keep a cheerful spirit Mental depression or excessive tension and fatigue can easily cause pyloric sphincter dysfunction, bile reflux and chronic gastritis. 2. Use with caution and avoid using drugs that damage the gastric mucosa Long-term abuse of such drugs can damage the gastric mucosa, causing chronic gastritis and ulcers. 3. Actively treat oropharyngeal infection Do not swallow sputum, nasal mucus and other bacteria-carrying secretions into the stomach, which may cause chronic gastritis. 4. Pay attention to your diet Avoid irritating foods such as overly sour or spicy foods, as well as raw, cold, and indigestible foods. Chew slowly when eating so that the food can be fully mixed with saliva, which facilitates digestion and reduces stomach irritation. The diet should be regular, quantitative, and nutritious. Eat more foods rich in vitamins A, B, and C. Avoid taking stimulating drinks such as strong tea and strong coffee. |
