What to do if a 12-year-old has lumbar disc herniation

Lumbar disc herniation is a very common lumbar problem, but many people will find that lumbar disc herniation occurs in middle-aged and elderly people. This is mainly because of the physical weakness and degeneration of various functions of middle-aged and elderly people, which makes it a problem that is easy to occur. But sometimes some 12-year-old children also have lumbar disc problems, which are often caused by early development. So when such symptoms occur, what methods should we take to solve them?

1. There are many medicines for treating lumbar disc herniation, including both Chinese and Western medicines. The most common ones are Yaotongning, Gujin Pills, Yaobitong, Musk Bone Strengthening Paste, Gentongping Granules, etc. They are very effective in relieving pain and alleviating symptoms, but they must be used according to the doctor's orders.

2. In addition to drug treatment, daily physical conditioning is also very necessary for patients. It is best to sleep on a hard bed. At the same time, you should do some waist and back exercises and move your waist muscles after busy work. These small movements are beneficial to treatment.

3. The symptoms of lumbar disc herniation are very obvious, but they are also easily ignored. Common symptoms include low back pain, limb numbness, and toe numbness. After discovering these conditions, you should pay attention to them, go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible, and recover as soon as possible.

Hormonal drugs have the effect of eliminating nerve root edema and relieving pain. It is suitable for patients in the acute stage of lumbar disc herniation and without contraindications to hormone use, and is often used together with dehydrating agents.
