How to get a child to sleep

Choose an environment with dim lighting for your baby to sleep, because the baby stays in the mother's belly before birth and is always in the dark, so an environment with dim lighting is more suitable for the baby to sleep. The mother can also block the light source and let the baby sleep on the side facing away from the light, allowing the baby to slowly adapt.
