What to do if a little girl has body odor

It is quite common for girls to have body odor, especially adolescent girls, which is prone to body odor. This is related to the hormone secretion during puberty. If a girl has body odor, she must receive good treatment in time. If it is not particularly serious, she must strengthen her lifestyle and pay attention to the cleanliness of the armpit skin, etc. Let us learn about this aspect below.

What to do if a little girl has body odor

1. Tomato juice treatment

After bathing, add 500 ml of tomato juice to a basin of clean water, then soak your armpits in the water for 15 minutes, twice a week. You can also wash your armpits and wipe them repeatedly with cotton wool soaked in tomato juice for 1-2 minutes, three times a day, morning, noon and evening, to treat body odor.

2. Ginger juice treatment

Wash and chop fresh ginger, soak it in ordinary medical alcohol, seal the bottle for 1 week, extract the filtrate, and bottle it for later use. Use cotton swabs or cotton balls to apply to the armpits 2-3 times a day for 1 month.

3. Borneol alcohol treatment

Place 3 grams of borneol into 20 ml of 50% alcohol, seal it and wait for it to dissolve on its own. Then wash your armpits with soapy water, dry them and apply the medicine twice a day. One course of treatment is 10 days, which can effectively suppress body odor.

4. Pepper and Zanthoxylum bungeanum treatment

Grind 50 peppercorns and 50 Sichuan peppercorns into powder, add 2 cents of borneol, mix well with medical alcohol, apply a small amount to the affected area every day and tape it shut. Change the tape once a day and it can be eradicated after half a month of continuous use.

5. Exercise appropriately

It doesn’t mean that you should exercise less and sweat less just because of body odor! In fact, sweating helps excrete waste, toxins and regulate body temperature, which is beneficial to reducing body odor.

Correct approach: In daily life, you should increase physical activities after work, preferably swimming, and then take a shower as quickly as possible after exercise, using a refreshing shower gel.

6. Pay attention to your diet

Spicy and irritating foods will have a certain interference with the body, affect the endocrine system, increase the secretion of the sweat glands, and thus aggravate the condition of axillary odor.

The correct approach: Remember to avoid spicy foods, such as eating less oil, chili, garlic, onion and other irritating foods, and eat more fruits, vegetables and other foods rich in vitamins.

7. Take a bath frequently

Generally, body odor is more serious in the summer. Bathing can reduce the formation of fungi on the body surface and have a certain controlling effect on body odor.

Correct approach: You must take a bath frequently and remember to change into clean and comfortable underwear frequently to maintain your personal hygiene.
