What should I do if my daughter has thinning hair?

Children are the most important treasures of their parents, so parents hope to give them the best. But sometimes, parents will inevitably find that their children have too little hair, which makes their daughters' hairline move back and make them look less beautiful. So what are the causes of this problem and are there any solutions to fix it?

1. Wash your hair frequently

Only by washing your baby's hair frequently, keeping the scalp clean and hygienic, and stimulating the scalp can you promote hair growth. When washing your hair, you should use a baby shampoo. Gently massage your hair while washing, and do not rub it to prevent it from getting tangled. Then rinse it with clean warm water.

2. Comb your hair frequently

When combing your baby's hair, you should use a rubber comb, which is elastic and soft and will not damage the baby's scalp. Comb the baby's hair in the direction of its natural growth and do not force it in one direction.

3. Balanced nutrition

Be sure to add complementary foods to your baby according to his or her age and correct bad eating habits such as picky eating in a timely manner. The diet should ensure the intake and combination of various foods such as milk, lean meat, fish, eggs, shrimp, soy products, fruits and carrots. Iodine-rich seaweed and kelp should also be fed to the baby frequently.

4. Get enough sleep

Generally, newborns need to get 20 hours of sleep a day; 16 to 18 hours a day for children aged 1 to 3 months; 15 to 16 hours a day for children aged 4 to 6 months; 14 to 15 hours a day for children aged 7 to 9 months; and 10 to 13 hours a day for children aged over 10 months.

5. Get more sun

Appropriate sunlight and fresh air are very beneficial to the growth of baby's hair. Ultraviolet radiation is not only beneficial for sterilization, but also can promote the development of the scalp and hair growth.
