What causes bleeding in children's ears?

Ear bleeding should be treated immediately because it can lead to many consequences and may even cause deafness. There are many reasons for ear bleeding, such as some diseases. Ear bleeding affects a wide range of people, including adults and children. So what causes ear bleeding in children?

There are many clinical causes of ear bleeding, mainly the following: trauma, such as bleeding caused by damage to the skin of the external auditory canal wall and tympanic membrane; external auditory canal tumors, such as external auditory canal papilloma, which often cause damage and bleeding on the tumor surface when the ear is picked with an ear spoon; middle ear tumors, such as tympanic body tumor and middle ear cancer, which often cause heavy bleeding and require external auditory canal packing to stop bleeding; inflammation, such as otitis media with perforation of the tympanic membrane, which may result in a small amount of pus with blood. In short, we must first identify the cause of the disease and then deal with it accordingly based on the results of various examinations.

There are two factors to consider when there is bleeding in the ear canal. On the one hand, whether there is tympanitis that causes fresh bleeding, and on the other hand, bleeding caused by external otitis cannot be ruled out. It is recommended to see a specialist to determine the location and cause of the bleeding, as well as hemostasis and anti-inflammatory treatment.

The presence of blood in the ear does not rule out the possibility of blood scabs formed by external skin damage or otitis media. If there are no other symptoms, you can observe for a while to see if the ear continues to bleed.

It is mostly considered to be caused by getting angry. It is recommended to take Niuhuang Shangqing Tablets and Amoxicillin for regulatory treatment. At the same time, pay attention to get more rest, drink more water, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, avoid eating spicy and irritating foods, and avoid staying up late, then you will return to normal.

Improper ear cleaning can easily cause damage to the external auditory canal, infection and furunculosis, resulting in ear pain and, in severe cases, hearing loss. Frequent ear cleaning can also cause the stratum corneum of the skin in the external auditory canal to swell, blocking hair follicles, which is conducive to bacterial growth and causes itching in the ear canal and yellow discharge. Don't dig it out again. You can use some ear drops to clean and disinfect your ears now, and they will be fine tomorrow.

If it is otitis media, the treatment is to rinse the external auditory canal with hydrogen peroxide several times, then rinse the hydrogen peroxide with saline, then wipe the saline with a cotton swab, and then put two drops of ofloxacin ear drops into the ear. Another treatment is oral antibiotics such as amoxicillin capsules.
