Then adjust the degree of the convex lens until the vision reaches normal. ③ Distance viewing method: After studying or writing for 1 to 2 hours, look at the natural scenery from a distance to relax the ciliary muscles. Do eye exercises 3 to 4 times a day.

Pseudomyopia in children is likely to disappear if treated, but may recur if not treated. Parents and friends can use multi-dimensional visual training to effectively relieve the excessive adjustment and continuous tension of the ciliary muscles of the eyes. Multi-dimensional visual training requires the cooperation of the brain, eyes, and light to mobilize eye movement, which is the key to treating children's myopia.
