4. Supplement nutrients

①Crude molasses

Adults take 1 tablespoon twice a day; children and babies add 1 teaspoon to milk. Contains iron and essential B vitamins.

Be aware that excess iron is toxic to the immune system.

③ Biotin

2 times a day, 300 micrograms each time.

④ Vitamin B complex plus additional pantothenic acid (B5) and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)

The dosage is 3 times a day, 50 mg each time. Pantothenic acid and pyridoxine (B6) are important elements for the production of red blood cells.

⑤ Vitamin C

300-1000 mg per day. Important for iron absorption.
