(2) Diagnostic criteria for asthma in children over 3 years old: ① Wheezing occurs repeatedly (or can be traced back to a certain allergen or irritant); ② Dry rumbling and wheezing sounds are present in the lungs during an attack; ③ Antiasthmatic drugs have a significant effect. For suspected cases, 1‰ epinephrine can be injected subcutaneously at 0.01 ml/kg each time, with a maximum dose of no more than 0.3 ml/time, or salbutamol aerosol or solution can be inhaled for 15 minutes to observe whether there is a significant effect.
