Methods for children to strengthen their physical fitness

Children nowadays are well fed and well clothed, and have so many people at home to take care of and pay attention to them, but they are weak. Most children catch a cold several times a year, especially in kindergarten, where almost half of a semester is spent on illness. The parents searched everywhere for various ways to improve their children's health, not colostrum, that is, Chinese medicine conditioning, careful care, but the children were just weak. Do you know how to improve children's physical fitness?

Several ways to enhance your child's immunity!

First, you can take immune-enhancing drugs orally, such as transfer factor oral solution. Second, get more outdoor activities, exercise, and enhance immune function. Third, starting from summer, wash your face with cold water every day to enhance your ability to resist cold.

Children's immune systems are not yet strong, and it is estimated that young children catch 6 to 10 colds each year. As children grow older, their immune functions gradually mature. The antibody concentration in the immune serum of children over 3 years old is close to that of adults. After 8 years old, the resistance of the entire immune system is comparable to that of adults. The immune system is responsible for protecting the body from infectious agents such as bacteria and viruses, and can be said to be the body's security guard. Without relying on drugs or health foods, the following 10 tips can protect your child's immune system and make it work at its best.

1. Drink plenty of water

Drinking plenty of water can keep the mucous membrane moist, which becomes an important line of defense against bacteria. Children under 80 pounds (about 36 kilograms) should drink 250cc of water for every 10 pounds of body weight per day (that is, a child weighing 18 kilograms should drink 1000cc of water per day).

To ensure health, children should be made to understand the importance of drinking water as much as possible. Let your children carry water bottles when they go to school or go out, keep a bottle of water in the car at all times, and require everyone to drink water at dinner. Make drinking water a good habit, and you will also find another benefit of water: even if it is accidentally spilled, it will not stain your clothes.

2. Don’t be too clean

The immune system can form immune memory against infectious agents, so if it encounters them again, it can quickly eliminate them. If your home is too clean, your child will not have the opportunity to produce antibodies through infection, and their resistance will be weakened, which may lead to allergies and autoimmune disorders.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has warned that antibacterial cleaning products can make the problem of microbial resistance worse; and the American Medical Association has also called on the public to avoid using cleaning products containing antibacterial ingredients because these products may be the source of drug-resistant microorganisms. The cleaning effect can be achieved by using ordinary soap and water.

3. Teach your children to wash their hands

Although being too antibacterial and clean is not good for health, it is still necessary to cultivate basic hygiene habits in children, especially washing hands after going to the toilet, which can prevent diseases such as diarrhea or urinary tract infections.

4. Get enough sleep

Poor sleep can reduce the number of T cells in the body that are responsible for fighting viruses and tumors, thereby increasing the chance of getting sick. Experts recommend that growing children need 8 to 10 hours of sleep a day. If your child doesn't get enough sleep at night, let him take a nap during the day.

Do you know how to improve children's physical fitness? The diversified modern night life of going to bed early and getting up early seems to have quickly become a fable, with more and more people staying up late to work overtime, surfing the Internet, or enjoying the night life. However, staying up late can lead to lack of sleep and decreased immunity. So I should go to bed when it's time to sleep, and get up when it's time to get up, according to the body's biological clock, and get enough sleep and rest to maintain the body's immunity and fight against the virus.
