Chalazion in children

Chalazion in children is a disease that occurs in the eyes. What are the clinical manifestations of chalazion?

In severe cases, it can also cause ectropion, which will cause serious damage to both the appearance and function of the eye. If conservative treatment of chalazion is ineffective in the early stages, surgery should be performed as soon as possible to eliminate it in the bud.

4. For elderly patients, especially those with recurrent relapses after surgery, the resected specimens should be sent for pathological examination to rule out the possibility of meibomian gland carcinoma.
