How to cure a child's nose hematoma

In our lives, the nose bridges of many children grow slowly in their later lives. When they are just born, their nose bridges are collapsed. Some mothers are afraid that their children will have collapsed nose bridges during the confinement period, so they often pinch their children's noses. Sometimes they may use too much force, which can easily lead to nose hematoma in children. So how to eliminate nose hematoma in children?

A baby's red and swollen nose is a symptom of inflammatory stimulation of the nasal mucosa, such as redness and swelling after being infected by viruses and bacteria. Parents can choose appropriate medication according to the doctor's advice based on the child's symptoms. When the child's nasal redness and swelling is severe and accompanied by a large amount of secretions, use negative pressure suction to absorb the sticky secretions, and then use microwave therapy to reduce inflammation and swelling. At the same time, use nasal sprays and oral medications to effectively relieve nasal congestion and redness and swelling. This treatment method does not damage the nasal mucosa and can promote recovery from inflammation.

If a child's nose is swollen after falling, consider the changes caused by subcutaneous hematoma in the acute stage. You can use a cold towel or ice cubes to apply externally to improve the symptoms. After more than 24 hours, you can apply a hot towel instead. If the swelling and pain are obvious, you need to go to the hospital to take an X-ray or CT scan of the nasal cavity to see if there is a possibility of nasal bone fracture.

It is considered that the possibility of local soft tissue injury is relatively high. Generally, cold compresses are applied within 24 hours to reduce bleeding from ruptured capillaries and reduce swelling. After 24 hours, hot compresses and physical therapy are applied to promote blood circulation. After 24 hours, some Yunnan Baiyao, Dieda Pills, Huoxue Zhitong Powder are taken internally, and Wuhu Dan is applied externally. After the swelling subsides, there is no need to take or apply drugs internally or externally.

When you feel pain, you can take ibuprofen or Voltaren orally, apply Yunnan Baiyao tincture to the local area, and you can basically recover after 2 weeks. It is best to rest more, raise the affected limb when resting, and then perform normal work after recovery, otherwise swelling is likely to occur.
