Judging from the urine production process and the substances it contains, this situation is mostly a symptom of kidney diseases such as kidney stones, renal failure, rapidly progressive nephritis, lupus nephropathy, and uremia.

2) Red

If you find that your child's urine is red, you should first rule out whether it is caused by medication or food. If not, you should be careful! Kidney diseases that can cause hematuria include acute and chronic renal failure, nephrotic syndrome, uremia, rapidly progressive kidney disease, lupus nephropathy, etc.

3) Yellowish brown, yellowish green, brownish green

If you find rare colors such as yellowish brown, yellowish green, or brownish green urine, it is mostly caused by increased urinary bilirubin and urobilinogen, which is common in kidney diseases such as latent nephritis, chronic renal failure, hydronephrosis, renal tuberculosis, and pyelonephritis.

In addition to the above urine colors, there may also be blue and milky white urine, which may also be abnormal urine caused by kidney disease.

Tips: When a normal baby sweats a lot and drinks little water, the urine color tends to be darker.
