Some children cannot get up in the morning and take a nap at 2-3 in the afternoon, or they take a nap too early and fall asleep early at night. These children can be woken up earlier in the morning and their nap time can be adjusted appropriately so that they feel sleepy at night and can sleep soundly until dawn.

Babies with rickets are often irritable and restless at night, and no amount of coaxing from their parents is of any use. Some babies will suddenly wake up in the middle of the night, crying and making noises, with extremely nervous expressions.
