Eating shrimp during breastfeeding can cause eczema in babies

If a breastfeeding baby develops eczema, you should first look at what the mother has eaten, because what the mother eats will be converted into breast milk for the baby, so the mother's eating of irritating foods will cause the child to have an allergic reaction. If the baby is allergic after eating shrimp during breastfeeding, you should pay attention to your recent diet, eat light food, reduce the intake of irritating foods, drink plenty of water, take good care of the eczema, and promote its disappearance.

Pediatric eczema is an allergic skin disease, which is commonly known as an allergic skin disease.

There are many causes of eczema: eggs, fish, shrimp, crab, chocolate, and fructose may cause allergies. Milk (including milk formula) contains a large amount of foreign protein, which can easily cause allergies. Environmental factors may also cause eczema. Wool fabrics, synthetic fiber clothing, pollen, mites, sweat, urine, dry air, etc. may all cause eczema. Even emotional factors can affect eczema, and mental stress can aggravate eczema.

1. Keep the skin clean and avoid irritation such as scratching, sun exposure, wind, etc. To prevent scratching the skin, children's nails should be cut regularly, hands should be washed or gloves should be worn.

2. Pay attention to your diet, eat more fresh vegetables, fruits, lean meat, etc., and eat mung beans and loofah often. If a food allergy is suspected, breastfeeding should also be discontinued. Avoid spicy and irritating foods, seafood such as fish and shrimp, and citrus fruits.

3. Children's clothes should be loose and preferably made of soft and breathable cotton fabrics. Do not use wool, chemical fiber products, or dark-colored fabrics to prevent allergies.

4. Do not take a bath with alkaline soap or overheated water. ) If you have found that certain foods have caused eczema, you should try to avoid eating these foods again.

(3) Babies who are allergic to milk can be fed with soy milk, goat milk, etc. instead of milk.

(4) Babies who are allergic to eggs can eat egg yolks alone.

(5) If a bottle-fed baby suffers from eczema, you can boil the milk for a few minutes to reduce the allergenicity.

(6) It is best for babies to eat a light diet with less salt to avoid excessive fluid accumulation in the body which can lead to eczema.
