Generally, babies start to gradually add complementary foods from four months old, and can basically accept most foods at nine months old. When the baby has symptoms of indigestion, you can mix wax apples with salt to help digestion, but it is not recommended for babies under one year old. In addition, wax apple has a good diuretic effect, so babies should not eat too much of it, because it will cause babies to urinate frequently, which can prevent enuresis.
