How to make onions for baby food

Production Process

1) Remove the hard skin from the leek heads, clean and cut into 4cm long segments. Remove the skin of the onion and cut into 1.5cm wide strips. Beat the eggs and pour in.

Mix cooking wine and water and set aside.

2) Heat the pan first, then pour in the oil and heat over high heat. When the oil is 70% hot, pour in the egg liquid and fry until golden brown. Set aside.

3) Pour some more oil into the pan and heat over high heat. When the oil is 50% hot, add the shredded onion and turn to medium-low heat. Stir-fry until the onion becomes slightly softened (about 1 minute). Then add salt and stir well. Then pour in the scrambled eggs.

4) Just before serving, pour in the chives, stir-fry for two or three times, and turn off the heat immediately.
