4. Ingredients for minced meat and vegetable porridge : rice, pork tenderloin, Chinese cabbage, and salt. 1. Wash and chop the Chinese cabbage; 2. Cut the lean meat into small pieces and put it into a food processor to make minced meat; 3. Wash the rice and put it into a pot, add enough water, minced meat and less than one gram of salt; 4. When the porridge is almost cooked, add the green vegetables and bring to a boil.
