What foods are good for children with bad tempers?

Children's bad temper is a headache for parents. Sometimes, children's bad temper may be caused by the lack of some nutrients in the body, so they need to supplement through diet. They can eat more calcium-containing foods, such as some soy products and milk.

1. Eat more foods rich in calcium. When the calcium content in the diet is sufficient, women's emotions are relatively stable. Calcium deficiency can easily cause emotional instability, irritability and anger. It is recommended that women drink 500 ml of soy milk or eat more than 100 grams of soy products every day, which can have a good regulating effect on the endocrine system.

2. Eat more foods rich in B vitamins. When the diet lacks B vitamins, it is easy to become emotionally unstable, irritable and angry. Therefore, supplementing a certain amount of vitamins in the diet can help women regulate their mental state. You can choose whole wheat bread, oatmeal, corn tortillas and other grains. Of course, don't forget fresh fruits and vegetables such as oranges, apples, strawberries, spinach, lettuce, broccoli, cabbage and tomatoes that contain a lot of vitamins.

3. Eat more iron-rich foods. When the body is iron deficient, it is easy to make people feel listless, sleepy and weak; have difficulty concentrating, memory loss, emotional instability, irritability, etc. A simple and effective way to supplement iron is to cook in an iron pan. You can also eat some lean beef, pork, lamb, chicken, duck, fish and seafood in moderation.

4. Eat more foods containing zinc. Zinc deficiency can affect a person's personality and behavior, causing depression and emotional instability, which in turn affects the normal sexual life of couples and causes family discord. Zinc is abundant in animal foods and is easily absorbed, so you should eat more of it.

5. Eat less high-sugar foods. Eating sweets frequently will cause the body to consume a lot of vitamin B1. Once the body lacks vitamin B1, metabolites such as pyruvate and lactic acid will accumulate in the body, thereby stimulating the nerves and causing emotional instability, excitement, and restlessness. Therefore, menopausal women should reduce their sugar intake.

These are some good choices for women who are prone to short temper. Of course, the most important thing is that they themselves should learn to adjust their mood and live happily.
