Why don't children grow taller?

Children are the inheritance of family bloodline and the crystallization of the love between husband and wife. The innocence, romance and cuteness of children are often what adults appreciate most. The adults have also devoted all their efforts to their growth. When children reach adolescence, parents are most worried about their height growth besides their rebellious period. Some children grow taller like sesame seeds blooming during this period; but why do some children not grow taller?

Some parents will ask, why are other people’s children so tall? Why don’t my children grow taller? The reasons are as follows:

1. Stay at home every day and don’t go out. Many new parents today are those born after 1985 who like to stay at home. After they have children at home, the possibility of staying at home is even higher because they have to stay at home to look after the little ones, and they even have less time to see the sun. It has been scientifically proven that sun exposure helps children's growth and development. Sunlight is rich in infrared and ultraviolet rays. Infrared rays can dilate blood vessels, promote blood circulation, and stimulate bone marrow hematopoiesis; ultraviolet rays can kill bacteria and viruses on the skin and in the air, accelerate the synthesis of vitamin D in the body, improve calcium and phosphorus metabolism in the blood, promote children's growth and development, and prevent anemia and rickets.

2. Go to bed later than 10 o'clock. Today's parents born after 1985 are night owls, so what they raised is a little night owl born after 2000. Generally speaking, the work and rest schedule of parents will directly affect the work and rest habits of their children. 10 o'clock in the evening is the beginning of the night owl life of parents born after 1985. Those who need to work overtime will work overtime, and those who need to watch movies and TV series will also watch them. I don't even have time to put the child to sleep. In fact, the time when the human body secretes growth hormone most vigorously is from 11 pm to 4 am. If you can sleep soundly during this period, it can help exert the physiological effects of growth hormone and promote height development. Since it takes about 30 minutes for children to fall asleep, try to let them go to bed before 10 pm so that they can fall asleep at around 11 pm.

Of course, in addition to these two reasons, if you want your children to grow taller, nutrition must also be adequate, and family relationships must be harmonious. Our children's lives greatly affect us, and our condition is also closely related to their lives. After learning more about your child, will you still be troubled by questions like "Why doesn't my child grow taller?"
