1. Daylily pork liver

Recipe ingredients: 250 grams of pork liver, appropriate amounts of soaked day lily and soaked black fungus, appropriate amounts of green onion, ginger, soy sauce, salt, MSG, pepper, sugar, peanut oil, starch, and broth.

Production method:

Wash the pork liver and cut it into slices with a knife. Wash and cut the day lily into sections, cut the green onion into shreds, cut the ginger into slices, and wash the fungus.

Put soy sauce, peanut oil, salt, cooking wine, pepper, sugar, MSG and starch in a bowl and mix into sauce. Put the pork liver slices into the sauce.

Nutritional analysis: Fruits are rich in vitamins. Giving them to babies can supplement vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin E, etc., which helps metabolism and improves the intestinal microenvironment.

3. Stir-fried three shreds

Recipe ingredients: 1 potato, 1/2 carrot, 1 small celery, peanut oil, refined salt, balsamic vinegar, starch, onion, ginger, and pepper oil.

Preparation method:

Wash the potatoes, carrots and celery, cut them into shreds, blanch them in boiling water, remove them when they change color, rinse them with cold water, drain and set aside.

Chop the scallion and ginger, add some oil to the pot, heat it up and sauté the scallion and ginger, add the blanched shreds and stir-fry quickly over high heat, add vinegar, salt, a little starch, and drizzle with pepper oil before serving.
