How to eat avocado for babies

Avocado is a fruit food. Both food and fruit have their own characteristics, and not all people can eat some fruits or foods. People have their own unique ways of eating different foods. For example, the fruits we often eat, mangosteen and rambutan, are eaten differently from other fruits, and their nutritional value is not suitable for all groups of people.

Therefore, whether it is a baby or an adult, before feeding them food, the first thing they need to do is to understand some of the properties of these foods themselves, so that they can use them correctly. Because if you eat some inedible food without knowing it, the consequences will be very serious. So how can babies eat avocados?

Avocados can be cut directly and scooped out with a small spoon to feed babies, but they actually have no taste and are not delicious. So, when I fed my baby avocado for the first time, I made apple avocado puree. The steps were as follows: steam a few slices of apple for five minutes, then scoop out the avocado flesh with a small spoon and mix it with the steamed apples for five minutes into a puree. This apple avocado puree is warm and tastes very good. The film I shot last time.

Avocado is also known as alligator pear.

Avocado, also known as butter fruit, is an evergreen tree belonging to the Lauraceae family and the Alligator genus. It is also one of the woody oil-bearing tree species. Avocados are usually eaten raw and are not often cooked. In Western cooking, it is often simply cut in half and seasoned with chutney, mayonnaise or lemon juice, salt and pepper. Avocado salad is a staple of Western cooking, and guacamole is the most popular Mexican dish, usually eaten as a dip with the main dish. When eating, cut the avocado in half with a stainless steel knife. If the flesh is stuck to the core, gently twist it in the opposite direction, then push it out with a knife or scoop it out with a spoon. Avocados should be added last when cooking.

Avocado is also rich in potassium, folic acid and abundant vitamin B6. It also contains a variety of mineral elements (potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, etc.) and edible plant fiber. Every 100 grams of raw avocado contains 74.3% water, 2 grams of protein, 15.3 grams of fat and 7.4 grams of carbohydrates. It can provide 673.9 kilojoules of calories and is a high-energy, low-sugar fruit. Avocados are high in fat and contain a large amount of enzymes, which have the effect of strengthening the stomach and clearing the intestines. They also have important physiological functions such as lowering cholesterol and blood lipids, and protecting the cardiovascular and liver systems.

Babies can eat avocados. Just feed them with a small spoon. Avocado can also be called alligator pear. It is rich in vitamin B6 and contains a variety of mineral elements needed by the human body. Eating avocado can help us strengthen the stomach and cleanse the intestines, so that we can absorb the nutrients contained in other foods well.
