Ferment until it is twice as large, put it into a boiling steamer and steam it for 15 minutes, then steam it for another 5 minutes before serving.

Ingredients : half a pumpkin, some cooked black sesame seeds, some white sesame seeds, some oil, some glutinous rice flour

1. Peel the pumpkin, wash it, cut it into pieces, steam it, mash it into a paste, then add an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour.

2. The kneaded pumpkin glutinous rice dough does not need to be proofed.

5. After wrapping, press it into a cake. Brush a layer of water on both sides of the cake to make it easier to dip in sesame seeds.

6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on both sides of the pancake.

7. Heat the pan and apply oil evenly on it, not too much oil. Fry until both sides are golden brown and the crust is soft.
