Symptoms and treatment methods of spleen deficiency in children

When children show symptoms of poverty, parents should pay attention to understanding them correctly. For example, if they have indigestion, vomiting, and weight loss, then they should pay attention and help the baby prepare food properly to prevent them from catching cold.

1. Spleen deficiency syndrome in children is often manifested by indigestion, vomiting, abdominal distension, weight loss, and sallow complexion. The children often have a yellow complexion or uneven facial pigmentation (mottled appearance), sparse hair, weight loss, thin and brittle nails with white spots, and frequent paroxysmal umbilical pain that can be mild or severe.

2. In addition, children with weak spleen and stomach and internal coldness have the above symptoms and, although they have a good appetite, they have frequent and large bowel movements, and they have bowel movements immediately after eating. Children with weak spleen and stomach and internal heat have poor appetite and dry stools (once every two or three days). This is mostly caused by eating too many snacks or drinking too much milk.

3. Reasonable feeding

The most critical issue for spleen deficiency is proper feeding and attention to good and reasonable eating hygiene and habits. If some children don’t like to eat, parents have to find out the reason. It may be caused by improper feeding. Some parents chase their children around the house with bowls of food all day long. This is a very bad feeding method.

4. Don’t catch a cold

Children with weak spleen and stomach are prone to external infections. In this case, if they catch a cold, they are also likely to catch a cold, so this type of child requires some care in care.

5. Chiropractic

Pinching the spine is a physical therapy with no side effects and is very simple to perform. The specific steps are: use the middle finger, ring finger, and little finger of both hands to make a fist, half-bend the index finger, extend the thumb, and then pinch the skin on the child's back about 0.5 to 1 cm, and push from bottom to top. Repeat this process 1 to 2 times a day.
