How to make cheese for baby food

How to make cheese for baby food

Some babies like to eat cheese when they are young because cheese has a relatively high nutritional value. However, babies should eat less cheese. Most cheeses taste sweet, so babies will gain weight easily after eating them due to high calories. It is also not good for the development of their teeth. However, eating some cheese properly can promote stomach digestion. So what are the methods of making cheese for baby food?

Ingredients: 35g shrimp, 35g salmon, 7g corn starch, 1 egg yolk, some cheese, some linseed oil, 2 lemons

Steps

1. Prepare ingredients: 1 egg yolk, 35 grams of shrimp, 35 grams of salmon, 7 grams of corn starch, appropriate amount of cheese, appropriate amount of linseed oil, and 2 slices of lemon. I used cheese with large holes, cut into strips. If you use shredded mozzarella cheese, the bursting effect will be better.

2. Cut the salmon into small pieces.

3. Peel the shrimps, cut open their backs and remove the shrimp threads. Tips: If you don't remove the shrimp thread carefully, it will taste fishy.

4. Cut the shrimp into small pieces.

5. Put the shrimp and fish into a bowl, squeeze in lemon juice, and marinate for 15 minutes to remove the fishy smell.

6. Put the shrimp meat and fish meat into a blender and blend into fine fish and shrimp paste.

7. Put the beaten paste into a bowl and add egg yolk. Tips: Egg yolk can help with shaping, and can also be replaced with egg white. If your baby is allergic to eggs, you can replace it with a little water.

8. Add corn starch and a little linseed oil. Tips: Corn starch and linseed oil can increase the smoothness of the meat filling, making the fish and shrimp intestines taste tender and not dry. Cornstarch can also help with shaping.

9. Mix all ingredients evenly and make it into a thick paste.

10. Put it into an opened piping bag.

11. Cut a hole in the piping bag and squeeze the meat paste onto the tin foil. Tips: It is best to brush a layer of oil on the tin foil so that it is easier to demold.

12. Then add a piece of cheese.

13. Then cover the cheese strips with meat paste.

14. Gently roll up the tin foil.

15. Then pinch the two ends to make it into a sausage shape.

16. Put the food in a pot with cold water and steam it for 20 minutes. Remove from the pot when it is cooked.

17. Supplementing DHA can also supplement calcium. Babies hold one in each hand and love to eat it. This kind of sausage is made for babies. Don't be tempted to eat it secretly!

Tips

Recipe tips: I used a smaller amount this time, so a baby with a good appetite might eat it all in one go. Sisters can increase the ingredients in proportion, make more, and freeze the rest in a sealed bag. It is best to label it with the date of production and eat it within two weeks.
