1. Eat a balanced diet

4. Immunization

5. Keep the indoor air fresh

Negative air ions are known as "vitamins for human air". They can regulate the human body's internal biological rhythms and inhibit cell aging. Therefore, we should try to reduce indoor pollutants and open doors and windows regularly to ventilate the air.
